Bet365 Casino Review

Just One Word: Amazing

Bet365 has a great casino software with lots of exciting games, huge jackpots and fair payouts. In addition, they have many sports betting options for games around the world with several in-play features and a top-class poker software.

It's difficult to explain how impressed I am with Bet365. They're the #1 all-in-one gambling site on Earth and I guarantee that you'll feel the same way once you've tried them out. They simply have the best games, systems, promotions and customer support. The only thing they're missing is accepting US players but even that adds to the security of the site since they want to make sure to stay out of any legal trouble, which is a risk that US casinos take.

Depositing Is Easy and Hassle-Free

Bet365 Casino provides you with a plethora of deposit options including Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and UK debit cards, Neteller, Skrill, Ukash, Western Union, MoneyGram®, Instadebit, EntroPay, Click2Pay, bank transfer, cheque and bank wire.

And you can deposit with your currency: Pound, Euro, AUD, CAD, Chinese RMB, Hong Kong $, Singapore $, Baht, Yen, Ringgit, Swedish Krona. Wherever you're from, you'll be taken care of.

Best Casino Software in the World

Bet365 Casino is a combination of software from Playtech, Microgaming, Betsoft and others. They truly have the best of all worlds and it shows: the biggest progressive jackpots online (many jackpots often reaching millions of dollars), the most popular theme-slots such as Deal or No Deal, The Sopranos and lots of Marvel slots like The Avengers, X-Men and Iron Man 2.

Bet365 runs on Windows, Mac, Linux and mobile devices. And, although this should go without saying, the mobile experience is great. It really seems hard to believe how one company excels at so many areas. I really can't think of a better online casino software, although Bovada Casino (for US) and Bodog give Bet365 a run for their money.

With that said, providing a fantastic internet casino experience for desktop users is not enough anymore -- nowadays, you need high-quality casino software for mobile devices. As I've mentioned throughout this site, I rarely use a desktop to play online gambling games anymore -- taking my iPad anywhere I want is the way to go.

Here's my Bet365 mobile casino review. Their mobile casino is one of the finest in the industry and includes over 30 games. For your information, I used iPad Air and iPhone 4s to test the site, so if you have newer versions of iPad or iPhone or both, you can only expect an improved experience if possible.

I tested Bet365's mobile casino on my iPhone 4s. As usual when it comes to real-money casino games, it's an in-browser casino (you don't download it, you play it on your browser). You'll be eligible for all the same promotions and bonuses as those who play on desktop computers, so the only change is the mobile interface.

You get this screen when opening on your iPhone. You're asked to pick a language, or you can go directly go to some sports betting sections of the site by scrolling the page. Either way, I clicked "English."

The next screen gives you several sports betting categories to choose. As you can see, sports betting gets way more exposure than other forms of gambling at Bet365.

Even though at first sight it may seem that Bet365 is just a sportsbook, you can find sections for casino and poker games plus financials betting by scrolling down the page.

After having clicked "Casino," you'll be taken to a list of casino games. What you'll see first is the category of "Featured" games which includes a mix of Bet365's most popular table games and slot machines.

You'll be asked to log-in after clicking a casino game. Even though Bet365 Casino is a great brand and a great casino, the fact that you not only have to register but to deposit money before getting to try their games is annoying, and quite frankly I see many of their customers going to other casinos just because of that.

That's what Bet365 Casino looks like on your iPhone. I assume the Bet365 Casino for Android will look much the same -- it's quite easy to use, although, as mentioned, the fact that you have to register AND deposit before getting to try the games is a negative factor, and I would prefer if casino games got as much exposure on the interface as sports betting. I'm sure sports bettors enjoy it this way, though.

Helpful, Easily Accessible Customer Support

Bet365 has a thorough Frequently Asked Questions section, and should you fail to find your answer there, you have three ways of contacting their customer support: live chat, phone (toll-free) and e-mail. Live chat is available with minimal waiting times and I've gotten answers to all of my e-mails within 30 minutes. I have never tried their phone support but I see no reason to believe anything other than that it's of the highest quality.
