Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens continue to struggle after an overtime loss to the Tennessee Titans last week. They head over to Pittsburgh to play the Steelers on Thanksgiving Thursday, who are still undefeated and sitting at 10-0. The battle between these two teams leads our list in this week’s top five games to watch.
Baltimore Ravens @ Pittsburgh Steelers
Odds: Steelers -3.5
The Ravens have had nowhere near the level of success that they had last season on the offensive side of the ball, and it has caused them a lot of problems. The explosive plays are gone and that could be a problem against a hungry Steelers defense, which has led Pittsburgh to its first 10-0 start in the Mike Tomlin era.
The Ravens will also need an answer to Ben Roethlisberger as he will have his choice at a ton of different weapons such as Juju Smith-Schuster, Chase Claypool and Diontae Johnson. The matchup between these two teams always makes for fun and entertaining football, and it shouldn’t disappoint again this week.
Los Angeles Chargers @ Minnesota Vikings
Odds: Vikings -4.5
The Los Angeles Chargers are coming off of a rare win against the winless New York Jets while the Minnesota Vikings were upset by the depleted Dallas Cowboys. The Chargers defense has underperformed this season while sustaining numerous injuries across that unit. However, their offense has skyrocketed this year due to rookie phenom Justin Herbert leading the charge. He has been playing at an astronomical level so far and has performed far beyond what many analysts were expecting. The Vikings are going to need to buckle up defensively in order to slow him down as best as they can just like the Chargers are planning to do against Dalvin Cook. Cook is currently second in the league in rushing yards and continues to be the key to their success.
Kansas City Chiefs @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Odds: Chiefs -3
The most anticipated game of the week will be the Kansas City Chiefs visit to Tampa Bay. The Chiefs are riding high after beating the Las Vegas Raiders after a final 75-yard scoring drive towards the end of regulation. They are sitting at 9-1 this season and take on arguably the greatest quarterback of all time in Tom Brady. However, Brady hasn’t played well over the last two weeks and he’s flopped in big games this season. We’ll see if he and the Bucs can rebound in this spot.
Tennessee Titans @ Indianapolis Colts
Odds: Colts -4
The Indianapolis Colts got the best of the Titans in their last matchup after the Titans were able to jump out to an early lead. The Philip Rivers-led Colts offense has been up and down this year, but should have success against the average Titans defense who has been without a consistent pass rush all season. Meanwhile, the Titans will try and get Derrick Henry involved as much as they possibly can in order to dominate the time of possession.
Chicago Bears @ Green Bay Packers
Odds: Packers -7.5
The Chicago Bears are going through a quarterback carousal right now after Nick Foles was injured last game. If he is unable to get on the field, then it could be Mitchell Trubisky or Tyler Bray under center. Meanwhile, they play a Packers team that is coming off an overtime loss to the Colts and are looking to bounce back in a big way against their division rivals. Aaron Rodgers and the Packers offense should be able to dominate this game but the intensity that this rivalry brings to the table makes this game interesting.
